Customer's Task
- Find and staff required items at competitive prices.
- Supply aluminium windows and doors to a business section of the building.
- Galvanized steel rod railings with custom fasteners to the balconies.
- Composite (WPC) decking to the balconies.
- Glass partitions and doors to apartments.
- Shower walls and corners of non-standard sizes and shapes.
- Towel dryers.
- Video intercom systems
Challenges
- A lot of coordination with the architect, the customer, the municipality.
- The balcony slabs were covered with tin with a gutter around the perimeter. In order to install the railings, the sealing would have to be broken: the client was against this. There was not enough space at the side of the slab to mount the railings, so this created a force majeure situation.

To solve the problem, I personally traveled to the site, where I worked with the project engineer to make a plan and calculations. We had to find a solution that was technically and aesthetically acceptable.
Bottom line: the steel railings were attached to the bottom of the balcony slab.
For this I had to make special mounts.
I went to supervise the installation and personally supervised the process.
